First Office Systems are announced winners of The Service Excellence Award at the Tunbridge Wells Business Awards!

Nick Brandon, Jason Seal and Andy Brett attended the awards ceremony on 20th May where we had been shortlisted for an award in the Service Excellence category. We later went on to win the category and take home the TW Business Awards coveted trophy!
We were joined by none other than Edwina Currie!
We were presented the award in front of a large group of guests at the Salomons Estate in Southborough.

First Office Systems Win Kent & Sussex Business Excellence Award!

As you may know from previous communications, First Office Systems were finalists in the Customer Care and Service category in the Kent and Sussex Business Excellence awards this year.
Nick Brandon and Jason Seal attended the awards ceremony on 22nd November where we were announced as the winners of our category! Nick and Jason were presented with the award in front of the 300+ guests who attended the ceremony at The River Centre, Tonbridge. We would especially like to thank the judges of our category, Gillian Forsyth and Laura Akehurst, for selecting us as the winners and providing us with this great accolade.
To be named as the best business for Customer Care and Service in Kent and Sussex is something that is particularly important to us. Customer service has always been at the forefront of any project undertaken by First Office in the past 21 years and this award just proves to us that all of our hard work has been and continues to be worth it. Our Service Director Jason adds “It is one thing to think we are good but something completely different to be independently audited along with other alternative businesses and then be told ‘you guys are the best’.”
Nick Brandon commented ”We have never entered an award process before. We have quietly been ‘beavering away’ in Tunbridge Wells for 21 years. This award is recognition and reward for all those years of hard work! Our business can be technical, complex and fragmented – consequently there is a lot that can go wrong! Our main ethos has always stood us in good stead…..to continually deliver excellent customer service – in good times AND in bad and when things go well AND when they don’t quite go to plan….to continually manage customer expectations and the customer experience.”
John Donegan added ”We ask our customers and prospective customers not to consider what prospective suppliers may PROMISE to deliver, but instead to look at what we have CONTINUALLY DELIVERED over the past 21 years.”
We were also put forward into the overall award – Business of the Year, along with 2 other businesses. We missed out on this one but by all accounts it appears to have been a very close decision!!
