Small Business Telephone Systems - up to 10 users
If you are an organisation with 10 users or less, we have listed here some natural options for you to consider with indicative pricing and justifications on why we are making such recommendations.

For start-up businesses, we highly recommend a hosted phone system as your capital expenditure is kept to a minimum as you are not required to purchase expensive hardware from the outset.
Our Horizon hosted system offers most of the common features that you would expect from the latest telecommunications solution. A typical 10 user system would cost £ 209.90 per month which includes handsets and connectivity*. Up-front costs would be as little as £ 500-750 which would cover Professional Services as well as a small network switch with patch leads.
Calls to UK landlines and mobiles are free. Plus you can generally use the phones anywhere you have a reasonable internet connection (great for businesses with remote workers).
Naturally for less than 10 users, this cost reduces – please speak to us for detailed pricing.

Traditional premises-based system
With a traditional system, there would be upfront hardware costs (unless we provided one on a lease rental or 0% finance agreement). Approximate costs would be £ 2,500 or £ 82 per month which would include 10 handsets, a 2 port voicemail and installation and training.
We would have to install some phone lines for you and these would have an additional cost (4 x ISDN2e channels would cost £ 498 installation plus £ 50 per month). There are common options that are extra such as Direct Dial facilities and caller ID which carry a small extra charge.
Depending on your specific requirements, even though you only want a small 10-user system, for some businesses, neither of these options would be suitable and we may recommend a different system such as an AVAYA IP Office system or a Mitel MiVoice Office or MiVoice Business system.
