As a customer or potential customer, it is easy to be mislead by companies which advertise themselves to be 'the best' or have 'great service'. What is really needed is peace of mind, and this comes from research results from ACTUAL customers.
Do not consider what a supplier says they can do for your business or organisation without having some cast iron proof.
We have surveyed our customers for many years – we regularly ask them to rate us on various parameters and criteria from 1 (Excellent) down to 4 (Poor).
Currently, approximately 98% of our customers rate us as 'Good' or 'Excellent' - any 'Average' or 'Poor' scores are investigated by our management team so that we can learn and improve.
To date, we have conducted 1,636 surveys since 2005 – these surveys are freely available.

We also ask our customers whether they would recommend us – currently 95.3% of respondents would recommend us. Less than 1% would not recommend us and the small remainder declined to comment or were unsure.
