Office Areas

Often, as part of an office refurbishment, fit-out or relocation project, there are often requirements to consider different areas of the office space and how to make the best use of them.

Break Out areas

Keeping your people happy is one of the most difficult things that we experience when running a business as we are sure you know!

Considering their requirements in terms of breakout areas for lunch, meetings and other aspects is often overlooked. A chilled out area with soft seating can be very beneficial – you can even consider giving them something fun, like table football, video games or even something more indulgent!


You have to also think about storage!

It sounds strange but often people do not realise quite how much 'stuff' they have to store.

Consider files and paperwork as well as other aspects.

Storage Walls can be an excellent solution to this – storage units that double as dividing walls!

We also recommend that you consider these for creating offices and rooms (eg for creating Server Rooms and Communications rooms).

Also consider that staff need to hang up their coats and jackets and store their personal belongings – the extent to which you allow this will vary from organisation to organisation of course.

If you have a lot of paper storage requirements, consider off-site storage. You could also consider a Document Management system which would allow you to store, archive and retrieve documents easily – this can also provide electronic work flows and these can often integrate with your existing Business Management systems, databases and CRM systems increasing efficiency, security and management.
