What's new in office refurbishment

Office Refurbishment Division takes on extra Resource

Our Office Refurbishment division has recently recruited the service of Dominic Donegan.

Dominic has been taken on to assist our Office Refubishment team. Historically, all of our Office Refurbishment business has come from customer, partner and 'cross division' referrals and enquiries. With the introduction of Dominic, for the first time we will be proactive in finding and converting opportunities.

Dominic has previous hands-on experience and has worked as a sub-contarcator for us helping with management of projects and well as more 'on-the-tools' type acvitity. Although he has worked in other professions including Recruitment, Dominic is looking forward to a fresh venture on a different tangent and we all wish him well for the future.

Office relocation and refurbishment for EISL in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

We recently completed a turn-key relocation for European Insurance Services Ltd who moved from Lonsdale Gardens in Tunbridge Wells, across town to Calverley House.

This involved a large number of our disciplines including Telecommunications (installing new ISDN30 and analogue lines), internet connections, Telephone System upgrade and relocation, Voice and Data cabling as well as a number of Office Refurbishment aspects - see below for customer comments.

''Following our move to new offices in March I should like to place on record our genuine thanks and congratulations to all the specialist teams at First Office who co-ordinated and implemented every aspect of our move. From initial design and floor planning, specialist communication specification and furniture recommendation to refurbishing and office building, re-wiring telecoms and cabling IT, and actually effecting the move over the weekend so that we lost no working time at all, all went seamlessly. Our staff are now established in the new offices and it feels as though we have always been here. A truly fantastic team effort on the part of all the different specialists at First Office down to a last minute call for their office staff to come in on Sunday to help with the clearing up so that our staff could walk in to pristine offices and furniture on Monday. I cannot praise the company highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them to others thinking of embarking on the otherwise difficult task of moving offices – call in the experts!''
