Like all our competitors, we are going to claim we are the best!!
However, if you cannot measure what you do, you cannot manage it properly. We measure our performance using our computerised management system - SerVantage. We measure what we do so we can manage our service and support to the highest possible standards – that way we know we are doing a good job, rather than just thinking we do.

First Office Systems prides itself on a highly skilled and dedicated technical team ensuring that implementation and on-going service and support of your telephone system or copier or MFD is completed to a uniquely professional standard for your benefit, giving real value for money.
In addition to our own high standards for in house training our technical service and support team regularly attend compulsory manufacturer training courses with business partners such as Avaya, Canon, Mitel and Samsung which often involve pre and post course assessments.
This high standard is raised even further with annual independent audits from companies such as Canon UK where all aspects of service and support are scrutinised.
First Office Systems has invested heavily in bespoke support management application software called SerVantage, enabling our support centre staff to quickly decide on the most efficient resolution to a customer’s request for assistance for their telephone system or copier/MFDissues. It also enables us to report on all performance aspects of any of our customer’s equipment and provides a complete site history of the equipment.
The First Office Systems service team makes every effort to resolve technical issues at the initial visit and we can even provide remote access support without the need to attend the customer’s premises. Our average attendance time from placement of request is less than three hours, and combined with our 'first time fix' success we have an impressive collection of statistics that make business partners such as Avaya, Canon and Samsung confident that our customers receive an extremely high level of support.
