Modern business relies on Information Technology, which in turn relies on prompt and competent technical support. First Office Systems has a highly trained technical team that makes implementation and on-going service and support completely hassle-free.
Our dedicated support centre uses a bespoke support management application software called SerVantage. This allows our support centre staff to quickly provide the most appropriate technical advice.
First Office Systems technical staff are qualified to resolve almost all technical issues at the initial visit. We can often provide remote access support without the need to attend the customer’s premises. Our average attendance time from placement of request is less than three hours, and together with our 'first time fix' success we have an impressive track record in minimising customer downtime.
Our Support Centre is open Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 18.00. To speak to Joan or Georgina at the Support Centre, call 01892 516355. We also provide 'Twenty Four Seven' service and support for time critical customers.
