John Donegan

Managing Director
John has over 25 years experience and co-founded First Office Systems in 1991. John is responsible for managing the company as well as large multi-discipline office refurbishment projects and our British Standards Institution accreditation.

Andrew Brett

Business Director, Imaging & Printing
Andrew has worked in Imaging & Printing for 27 years and co-founded First Office Systems in 1991. Andrew is responsible for our Canon Multifunctional Devices (printers, copiers and scanners) business. Andrew is an Accredited Canon Plus Partner and can offer advice and consultation across the Canon range of multifunctional devices.

David Bossie

Account Manager, Imaging & Printing
David has 23 years experience in Imaging & Printing and joined First Office Systems 11 years ago. David is responsible for management of Canon Multifunctional Devices (printers, copiers and scanners) customer accounts. David is our colour specialist and can offer expert advice regarding Canon professional colour printing systems. David is also an Accredited Canon Plus Partner.

Jason joined First Office Systems 15 years ago and manages our Imaging & Printing technical support team. Jason is an accredited Canon Plus Partner Technician and is qualified to provide network support for all Canon multifunctional devices (printers, copiers and scanners).

Joan Brinklow

Support Centre, Imaging & Printing
With a background in customer support, Joan joined First Office Systems 12 years ago. Joan is responsible for our service management application, 'SerVantage', and manages requests for Imaging & Printing technical support from our customers.

Nick Brandon

Business Manager, Telecommunications
Nick joined us 14 years ago and manages our Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) business. Nick is an accredited AVAYA and Samsung professional and is our Voice Over IP and Private Networking specialist. Nick also provides advice regarding the cost of calls and quality of service for both voice and data. Nick is heavily involved in Business Development, Marketing and Strategies.

Paul Berry

Paul has 23 years experience in Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) and joined First Office Systems 4 years ago. Paul was previously with BT for 19 years and has extensive telecommunications experience. Paul is responsible for management of Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) customer accounts. Paul is AVAYA and Samsung accredited and works closely with Nick, offering advice and consultation to all aspects of Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services).

Georgina Brace

Support Centre, Telecommunications
Georgina joined the company 5 years ago with responsibility for Telecommunications service and support. Georgina coordinates between BT and other telephone providers, our technical staff, account managers and customers to ensure the smooth installation of new systems. Georgina is also responsible for telecommunications technical support requests.

Trefor Richards

Service Manager, Telecommunications
Trefor was with BT and other telecommunications companies as a technical specialist before joining us 9 years ago. Trefor is our Telecommunications Service Manager and is responsible for installations and technical support. He has extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems and is an accredited AVAYA and Samsung Technical Support Specialist.

Andrew Scagell

Designer, Office Refurbishment
Andrew has 23 years experience in commercial design and produces Computer Aided Designs (CAD) for our office refurbishment projects. Andrew develops our customers’ design briefs using his creative interior design flair to produce individual and different designs.

Rosemarie Jolley

Administration Manager & PA to Managing Director
Rosemarie has been with us for 11 years and is responsible for general administration and accounts together with assisting with larger, multi-discipline office refurbishment projects.
