Managing Director
John has worked in IT and office systems for 23 years and co-founded First Office Systems in 1991. John is responsible for managing the company and is our British Standards Institution ISO 9001:2000 Quality Manager.
Andrew Brett
Sales Director, Imaging & Printing
Andrew has worked in the imaging, printing & copying industry for 23 years and co-founded First Office Systems in 1991. Andrew is responsible for sales of Canon imaging, printing and copying systems and, as an Accredited Canon Plus Partner, can offer advice and guidance across the Canon range of multifunctional devices.
David Bossie
Account Manager, Imaging & Printing
David has 19 years experience in the imaging, printing & copying systems industry and joined First Office Systems 9 years ago. David is responsible for sales of Canon imaging, printing and copying systems and, along with Andrew, is an Accredited Canon Plus Partner. David is our colour specialist and can offer expert advice regarding Canon professional colour printing systems.
Jason Seal
Service Manager, Imaging & Printing
Jason joined First Office Systems 12 years ago. Jason manages our Canon imaging, printing & copying technical support team and, as an accredited Canon Plus Partner Technician, is qualified to provide network support for all Canon multifunctional imaging & printing systems.
Joan Brinklow
Senior Supervisor, Support Centre
With a background in customer support, Joan joined First Office 10 years ago. Joan is responsible for our service management application, 'SerVantage', and primarily manages requests for imaging, printing & copying technical support from our customers.
Nick Brandon
Sales Manager, Telecommunications
Nick joined us 11 years ago and now manages telecommunications equipment and systems sales. Nick is an accredited AVAYA and Samsung sales professional and is our Voice Over IP and Private Networking specialist. Nick also provides advice regarding the cost of calls and quality of service for both voice and data.
Paul Berry
Account Manager, Telecommunications
Paul is the most recent member of the telecommunications sales team, having joined us in 2005. Paul was previously with BT for 19 years and has extensive telecommunications experience. He is currently undertaking AVAYA and Samsung accreditation and works closely with Nick, offering advice and guidance relating to all aspects of telephone systems sales and project management.
Trefor Richards
Service Manager, Telecommunications
Trefor was with BT and other telecommunications companies as a technical specialist before joining us 6 years ago. Trefor is our Telecommunications Service Manager and is responsible for installations and technical support. He has extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems and is an accredited AVAYA and Samsung Technical Support Specialist.
Brian Anderson
Project Manager, Office Refurbishment
Brian has worked for a number of companies over the last 12 years implementing and managing office refurbishment projects. Brian joined us in January 2006 bringing a number of skills to our company. Brian is responsible for design and planning which he effects using the latest AutoCAD application.
Georgina Brace
Support Co-ordinator, Support Centre
Georgina joined the company 2 years ago with responsibility for Telecommunications sales and service support. Georgina coordinates between BT, our technical staff, sales staff and customers to ensure the smooth installation of new systems. Georgina is also responsible for telecommunications technical support requests.
Rosemarie Jolley
Administration Manager
Rosemarie has been with us for 8 years and is responsible for administration. She liaises with our staff, our customers and our suppliers to ensure the company runs efficiently and effectively.
