Like your organisation, our business is only as good as our team. The majority of our members of staff have been employed for more than 10 years and our team has a collective 200 years experience between them.

Our team has the necessary experience and expertise you need from initial consultation through to design, project management, installation, training, service and technical support.

John Donegan

Managing Director

John has over 25 years experience and co-founded First Office Systems in 1991. John is responsible for managing the company as well as large multi-discipline office refurbishment projects and our British Standards Institution accreditation.

Nick Brandon

Sales Director

Nick has worked with businesses since 1985 when he started in banking. Nine years later, he joined First Office Systems and has worked predominantly in our Telecommunications division in Sales and Account Management. In January of 2011, he was elevated to the position of Sales Director overseeing Sales and Account Management for the entire company. Nick still specialises in Telecommunications and is responsible for his own accounts, as well as Sales Activity, Strategies, Marketing, Business Development and Sales Performance for both our Telecommunications and Imaging and Printing divisions. Nick is an Accredited AVAYA, Mitel and Samsung professional and is our VoIP specialist.

Jason Seal

Service Director

Jason joined First Office Systems in 1992 and managed our Imaging & Printing technical support team for 17 years. In January 2011, Jason was elevated to the position of Service Director and is now responsible for the entire Service and Support activities of the company. Jason still specialises in Imaging and Printing however and is an accredited Canon Plus Partner Technician and is qualified to provide network support for all Canon multifunctional devices (printers, copiers and scanners).

Andrew Brett

Account Manager, Imaging and Printing

Andrew has worked in Imaging & Printing for 27 years and co-founded First Office Systems in 1991. Andrew is responsible for our Canon Multifunctional Devices (printers, copiers and scanners) business. Andrew is an Accredited Canon Plus Partner and can offer advice and consultation across the Canon range of multifunctional devices.

David Bossie

Account Manager, Imaging & Printing

David has 23 years experience in Imaging & Printing and joined First Office Systems 13 years ago. David is responsible for management of Canon Multifunctional Devices (printers, copiers and scanners) customer accounts. David is our colour specialist and can offer expert advice regarding Canon professional colour printing systems. David is also an Accredited Canon Plus Partner.

Joan Brinklow

Support Centre, Imaging & Printing

With a background in customer support, Joan joined First Office Systems 14 years ago. Joan is responsible for our service management application, 'SerVantage', and manages requests for Imaging & Printing technical support from our customers.

Paul Berry

Account Manager, Telecommunications

Paul has 23 years experience in Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) and joined First Office Systems 5 years ago. Paul was previously with BT for 19 years and has extensive telecommunications experience. Paul is responsible for management of Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) customer accounts. Paul is AVAYA, Mitel and Samsung accredited and works closely with Nick, offering advice and consultation to all aspects of Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services).

Michael Lloyd

Account Manager, Telecommunications 

Michael is the newest member of our team having joined our Telecommunications division in June 2009. Michael previously worked in Mobile Communications and prior to that earned himself a degree at University. Michael is responsible for management of Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) customer accounts. Michael is trained on our product portfolio including AVAYA , Mitel and Samsung and works closely with Nick and Paul, offering advice and consultation to all aspects of Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services).

Georgina Brace

Support Centre, Telecommunications

Georgina joined the company 7 years ago with responsibility for Telecommunications service and support. Georgina coordinates between BT and other telephone providers, our technical staff, account managers and customers to ensure the smooth installation of new systems. Georgina is also responsible for telecommunications technical support requests.

Trefor Richards

Technical Manager, Telecommunications

Trefor was with BT and other telecommunications companies as a technical specialist before joining us 11 years ago. Trefor is our Telecommunications Technical Manager and is responsible for installations and technical support. He has extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems and is an accredited AVAYA, Mitel and Samsung Technical Support Specialist.

Alex Jaux

Project Assistant, Office Refurbishment 

Alex has worked for the company for 4 years and has been involved in all our Office Refurbishment projects over that time. Alex has many practical skills and is a popular member of the Office Refurbishment team, co-ordinating on-site between customers and subcontractors. Alex can offer help and advice regarding all aspects of Office Refurbishment

Rosemarie Jolley

Administration Manager & PA to Managing Director

Rosemarie has been with us for 13 years and is responsible for general administration and accounts together with assisting with larger, multi-discipline office refurbishment projects.

Mark Simpson

Systems Technician

Mark started his employment with First Office Systems in 1995 as a trainee photocopier technician. Although still active as a fully qualified printer hardware technician, since the introduction of multi functional devices and their integration into computer networks Mark has established himself as a fully trained Systems Specialist. Mark has many qualifications approved by Canon UK in the IT area of our industry including document management. Mark is an accredited Canon Systems Technician and is currently studying Microsoft courses with the aim of obtaining the M.C.S.E qualification.

Chris Seale

Imaging and Printing Technician

Chris originally started in 1997 as a Facsimlie technician and still specialises in this area today. However with the decline of Fax over the past ten years Chris commenced training on multi functional printers and is now entirely qualified to attend any of the Canon printers we support. Chris has also attended many of the Canon UK information technology courses and is an accredited Canon Systems Technician. In addition to this Chris has also been trained on Document Recorders and printers from other manufacturers such as Oki and Samsung.

Gordon Brown

Imaging and Printing Technician

Gordon has been employed with First Office Systems since 2000 although he already had several years experience as a photocopier technician with a previous company. Since his employment Gordon has attended all of the technical training courses for the Canon equipment we support along with qualifications on printers manufactured by Oki and HP. Gordon has attended many of the Canon information technology courses and is accredited and as a Canon Systems Technician.

Andy Tarling

Telecommunications Technician

Andy originally joined the company as a trainee photocopier technician before deciding on a temporary career change. However he returned to the company in 2002 to train within our expanding Telecommunications department and since then has become a fully qualified telecommunications technician, with manufacturer training from Avaya, Mitel and Samsung.
