We offer consultation of building evaluation and assessment of office occupancy potential, through to office design and space planning. Professional services include project management, compliance and facilities management. We provide professional services to businesses throughout the South East as a bespoke service or part of an office refurbishment project.

Office Design & Planning

We add a design element when creating a functional and effective office. Using the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) application our design team can create a space to best satisfy your business needs. Every business is individual and every building is different, a design that creatively provides for the need of the business whilst recognising the constraints of the office building will provide maximum utility.

Office Refurbishment - Building Control

Every office refurbishment and fit out needs to comply with local Building Control and we submit a Full Plans Application with CAD drawings on your behalf and ensure all compliance issues are satisfied. Other compliance issues such as Planning Permission, Pavement Dispensation and Listed Buildings Contest are also completed on the customer’s behalf when required.

Office Partitioning Systems

Using the latest Komfort contemporary modular systems incorporating glass for feature and effect we can transform the most ordinary of offices. Create a welcoming reception for your visitors, a private room for meetings, individual offices, work group offices and break out areas for staff. Defined individual areas within the office will create a conducive environment, which improves staff performance.

Office Air Conditioning Systems

Incorporate the latest heating and cooling systems from Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi Electric as part of your office design. Do not compromise staff performance with staff being either too cold or too hot. Equally important, consider your computer servers and telecommunications system and the need for a Communications Room with an independent heating and cooling unit which will provide good risk management and protect your business critical IT systems. Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning systems not only provide heat in winter and cooling in summer but also offer lower operating costs due to their use of the latest energy efficient technologies.

Office Lighting & Power

Good office lighting is important and especially so for staff that use a computer for much of their working day. Category 2 compliant lighting will provide the correct illumination for staff using a computer and will reduce glare reflected from a computer monitor. When planning your reception and meeting rooms pay particular attention to the lighting as this can greatly enhance these customer facing areas. Office power provision is often overlooked and it is important to have a dedicated supply for your IT systems and good local provision at the workstations.

Office Voice & Data Structured Cabling

The design and space plan will determine the location of the Communications Room for computer servers, network infrastructure and telecommunications system. Workstation locations will also be known. Correctly installed Structured Cabling between the Communications Room and the workstation is paramount if network performance is to be achieved. Often overlooked, network performance is determined by the lowest performing component. Expensive high specification servers, operating systems and applications are all subject to the quality and performance of your Structured Cabling. All our Structured Cabling installations are comprised of good quality components such as Krone and are installed by competent, experienced staff. Each installation is Fluke tested on completion to confirm performance and a copy of the test results is provided to the customer. See Office Data Cabling for more information.

Office Floor Coverings

Products include vinyl and wood effects from Amtico and Polyflor together with contemporary Roya designer carpet tiles. A walk off mat at the entrance to your office with an area of vinyl will ensure carpeting is protected from walk in soiling. Tea Points and Welfare Facilities should also be finished with a vinyl floor covering. Carpet tiles can by laid Monolithic or Quarter Turn, with or without a contrasting border.

Office Furniture

Contemporary systems and conventional suites of office furniture for every space and every purpose. We are partners for the established furniture manufacturer Sven Christiansen who manufacture modern beam and bench systems as well as conventional desks, reception counters and meeting tables. Complemented with an extensive range of seating by HÅG, the Norwegian company who design chairs for improved posture and comfort. Flexible and functional steel filing and storage is provided by Silverline.

Office Relocation

We provide a comprehensive move management and office relocation service to relocate business from one office to another. We provide packing crates, porters and transportation. Critical IT systems are also relocated to include deployment to the workstation of computers and telephone handsets.

Office Facilities Management

Ongoing facilities management from changing a light bulb to alternative occupancy space plans can be undertaken on a routine periodic basis or as a one off task. Painting and decorating and professional carpet cleaning are included within our facilities management services.
