Office relocation and refurbishment for EISL in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

We recently conpleted a turn-key relocation for European Insurance Services Ltd who moved from Lonsdale Gardens in Tunbridge Wells, across town to Calverley House.

This involved a large number of our disciplines including Telecommunications (installing new ISDN30 and analogue lines), internet connections, Telephone System upgrade and relocation, Voice and Data cabling as well as a number of Office Refurbishment aspects - see below for customer comments.

''Following our move to new offices in March I should like to place on record our genuine thanks and congratulations to all the specialist teams at First Office who co-ordinated and implemented every aspect of our move. From initial design and floor planning, specialist communication specification and furniture recommendation to refurbishing and office building, re-wiring telecoms and cabling IT, and actually effecting the move over the weekend so that we lost no working time at all, all went seamlessly. Our staff are now established in the new offices and it feels as though we have always been here. A truly fantastic team effort on the part of all the different specialists at First Office down to a last minute call for their office staff to come in on Sunday to help with the clearing up so that our staff could walk in to pristine offices and furniture on Monday. Office Refurbishment in London

Kent Based First Office Systems completes Office Refurbishment Project for London's Stage Newspaper.

Scope of work - Refurbishment of former main entrance to include new glass facade and glass door, Stainless Steel facia to conceal security shutter. Removal of former plant display, new wider first flight of stairs, new single level ceiling with high intensity down lighters. Stainless Steel and Oak timber designer balustrade and feature radiator. Restoration of marble floor, new floor coverings elsewhere. Designer vinyl wall covering and rough render finishes. New security system to include fob access and dome camera for entry phone access. Relocation of reception and waiting room to second floor. Consultancy, design, build and project management.

Lifesure Group chooses First Office to transform new building

First Office Systems recently completed an Office Fit out of a new build in Cambridge to include consultation, design, space planning, Building Control compliance, power, voice and data cabling, partitioning, decorating, floor coverings and furnishings. To include working with the developer during building and subsequently with specialist mechanical and electrical sub-contractors. We also supplied a sophisticated Mitel telephone system.

Office Relocation Project Completed by Kent based Office Refurbishment specialists, First Office Systems

Kent based First Office Systems completed a turn key office relocation project for Cambridge-based Lifesure Insurance Group.

First Office Systems managed the entire project for Lifesure who moved into an "empty shell" including space planning and design, partitioning, furntiure, floor coverings, electrical work, structured cabling, a new telephone system and call recording solution and business lines and network services.

Colin Barnes, MD of Lifesure commented "Lifesure Group appointed First Office Systems to relocate our business together with the interior design, occupancy space plan and fit out of our new office building. The project included construction of all internal offices, the provision of power, installation of voice and data cabling, fit out of our communications room together with provision of a sophisticated telecommunications system and all the office furniture. Compliance with Building Regulations was also undertaken on our behalf."

 Colin added " First Office Systems provided professional project management with attention to detail ensuring our new building was completed on time and to a very high standard. We found all the staff to be very courteous and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending First Office Systems - indeed I have already done so"

The telephone system installed was a Mitel 5000 system (formerly known as Inter-Tel) using Xarios Phone Manager for desk-top PC call control, Callview Call Management software and an Oak Provoice Call Recording Solution.
