First Office Systems Accreditations - installer, supplier, maintainer, service and support

We believe that training our team to acquire competencies is paramount and during the past four years our staff have received a total 170 days training between them – our team have cumulative service of over 200 years with more than half having been employed for over 10 years.

First Office Systems is a British Standards Institution registered firm with a defined ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System for the supply and support of Imaging & Printing (printer, copier and scanner) and Telecommunications (telephone systems and network services) solutions. The British Standards Institution audits our performance and this is your assurance that our technical support is of the highest quality. Only 5% of UK companies are BSI ISO accredited.

Accredited Canon Business Partners, our Imaging & Printing team have all been Canon Plus trained. The company is a Canon Plus Premier Business Partner. Canon also audits the company and staff every year to ensure our resources and skills complement their market leading technology.

Telecommunications qualifications include AVAYA Certified Silver accreditation, Samsung Advanced Partner and Mitel Business Partner. Our Telecommunications team have received the required specialist training from AVAYA, Samsung and Mitel.

Imaging & Printing and Telecommunications are supported by our dedicated Support Centre, which is equipped with our bespoke service management application SerVantage.

Office Refurbishment (design & office fit out) partners include HAG, Komfort, Muraspec, Silverline and Sven Christiansen. Staff training has included Health & Safety with a number of staff being qualified to administer First Aid.
